Wes previously helped scale one of the leading trenchless infrastructure companies in North America, bringing together engineering, manufacturing, and contracting capabilities to transform how infrastructure solutions are delivered.
Today, that same philosophy drives 4CE by aligning disciplines, strengthening teams, and delivering projects that move communities forward.

A proven builder and growth leader, Wes Kingery founded 4CE with a vision to transform how infrastructure projects are delivered. His career spans decades of experience working across the engineering, contracting, and infrastructure services sectors.
Wes previously helped build the #1 brand in trenchless infrastructure, scaling the business from $180M to over $600M while expanding the team from 400 to 700 employees. That experience of bringing people, systems, and expertise together to create lasting value now drives the vision behind 4CE.
